TUMIS AIR BAYAM MERAH

TUMIS AIR BAYAM MERAH
Bahan-bahannya:
Bayam merah
sedikit udang sayur
1 biji cili merah - dihiris serong
2 cawan air

Bahan hiris nipis:
3 ulas bawang putih
1 biji bawang besar

Cara-caranya:

  1. Panaskan 2 sudu makan minyak. Tumis bahan hiris hingga wangi.
  2. Masukkan air dan udang. Biarkan mendidih.
  3. Masukkan bayam, cili merah dan garam. Kacau rata dan bayam layu.
  4. Tutup api. Hidangkan.
