<u>Cara-caranya:</u></div>

1. Kisar halia bersama 125 ml air.</div>

2. Kisar bawang putih bersama 125 ml air.</div>

3. Masukkan air halia, jus lemon dan cuka epal ke dalam periuk kaca. </div>

4. Panaskan ramuan campuran menggunakan api yang kecil sahaja selama 60 minit.</div>

5. Masukkan air bawang putih ke dalam campuran yang dipanaskan tadi pada 10 minit yang terakhir.</div>

Minum menggunakan sudu plastik, 1 sudu besar (sudu makan) sebelum sarapan pagi setiap pagi dan setiap malam sebelum tidur semasa perut kosong.<br />

<u>Cara membuat Crepe:</u><br />

<li>Pukul telur, air dan susu hingga sebati. Masukkan esen vanila dan butter cair. Kacau hingga sebati.</li>
<li>Masukkan gula, tepung dan koko. Kacau rata. (Selepas step ini, saya masukkan adunan ke dalam blender dan kisar hingga sebati).</li>
<li>Menggunakan non stick pan, panaskan. Masukkan 1 senduk adunan. Buat seperti lempeng. Tak perlu terbalikkan lempeng. Bila atasnya sudah masak, terus angkat masukkan dalam pinggan. <u>Cara-Caranya:</u><br />

<li>Cuci ayam bersih-bersih. Rebus ayam dalam air yang secukupnya untuk masak nasi dan dibuat sup. Masukkan kiub ayam. Rebus hingga ayam empuk. Angkat ayam dan sejatkan. Ketepikan.</li>
<li>Dalam kuali, sangai (goreng tanpa minyak) jintan manis, jintan putih dan biji ketumbar dengan api yang perlahan hingga naik harum. Masukkan bahan sangai, serbuk kari, serbuk kunyit, serbuk lada putih, halia, bawang putih, garam ke dalam mesin pengisar. Tambahkan sedikit air dan kisar hingga halus. Lumurkan bahan kisar pada ayam yang sudah direbus tadi. Perap selama 2 hingga 3 jam.. Nak sedap, perap semalaman. </li>
<li>Lebihan bahan kisar akan digunakan untuk menyalut tempe, tauhu dan terung, diperap dalam bekas berasingan sebelum digoreng.</li>
<li>Baki bahan perapan, dicampur dengan sedikit air,tepung beras dan telur. Jika kurang masin,boleh dimasukkan sedikit garam. </li>
<li>Celup ayam yang diperap ke dalam adunan tepung beras, dan goreng terendam hingga warna kuning keemasan. Tak perlu goreng lama kerana ayam sudah masak. Angkat dan toskan.</li>
<li>Baki adunan tepung celup ayam tadi, anda renjis-renjiskan dalam minyak yang panas dan goreng untuk mendapat keriuk-keriuk yang rangup.</li>
